What services does ColorCare Laundry offer?

We provide a wide range of services including Laundry, Wet Cleaning, Steam Ironing, Stain Removal, and Saree Rolling.

We have a fixed pricing structure for most services. However, garments requiring special care, such as delicate fabrics or designer items, may incur additional charges based on the complexity of the work and handling needed.

At ColorCare Laundry, we understand that women’s garments, especially delicate fabrics like silk, chiffon, and designer wear, require extra care and attention. The longer processing time ensures that we meticulously inspect, treat, and handle each garment to achieve the best possible results. Our team follows a detailed, multi-step process that includes gentle washing or wet cleaning, careful stain removal, and specialized treatments for fragile fabrics. Additionally, we dedicate time for thorough quality checks to ensure your garments are returned in perfect condition. This careful approach helps maintain the integrity and beauty of your garments, which is why we believe the extra time is well worth the wait.
Yes, express delivery is available for an additional fee of 50-100% on the regular service price, with delivery in 1-2 days.
We take extra care with delicate fabrics and designer garments. Depending on the material and work involved, additional charges may be applied for optimal results.

You can reschedule or cancel your pick-up by contacting our customer service team via phone or WhatsApp. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Currently, we focus on high-quality cleaning practices. If you have specific requests or concerns regarding eco-friendly options, please reach out to us for more details.

At ColorCare Laundry, we currently do not provide hanger services. Transporting garments on hangers requires additional care, manpower, and time, which would also increase service charges. Instead, we neatly fold and pack your garments in plastic covers to protect them from roadside dust during transportation.

However, we recommend removing the plastic covers once you receive your garments and storing them in breathable fabric to prevent moisture buildup and preserve their quality.

Garment Care Tips

Why should I remove plastic covers from my garments after receiving them from the laundry?
Plastic covers are used to protect your clothes during transportation, but they can trap moisture, leading to mildew or odors. It’s best to remove the plastic and hang your clothes in a well-ventilated space to keep them fresh.
Yes, airing out garments for a few hours after receiving them helps to release any trapped moisture and ensures your clothes remain crisp and fresh. It also prevents any potential mildew from forming.
Delicate fabrics like silk or wool should be stored in breathable fabric covers or wrapped in cotton cloth. Avoid plastic storage, as it can cause yellowing or deterioration over time.

Hanging garments like suits, dresses, and shirts prevents creasing and helps them maintain their shape. Always use padded or wide hangers to avoid shoulder damage.

If you spot a stain, avoid scrubbing it. Instead, blot it gently with a clean cloth and bring it to us as soon as possible for professional stain removal. The sooner we can address the stain, the better the chances of removal.
Yes, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colors to fade and weaken fabric fibers. Store your clothes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
It’s better to allow some air circulation before storing garments in a closed space. This prevents any residual moisture from being trapped, which can lead to mold or odors over time.
Delicate fabrics don’t require frequent cleaning. Always follow the care instructions on the label and bring them to a professional service like ColorCare Laundry when they need specialized cleaning to avoid damage.
